Immigration and mobility is a main focus of my professional practice. In these areas, I have many years of experience in dealing with relevant authorities and courts, both in terms of legal issues and tactical approach.
I advise corporate clients and private individuals and represent them before relevant authorities and courts. Following a thorough analysis of the legal and factual situation, I remain in close contact with my clients to evaluate the options and to agree on further steps.
Advice to corporate clients includes inter alia staff issues in relation to requests to enter the country, obtaining or extending residence permits or work permits.
Advice to private individuals includes inter alia issues in relation to: planned start of work in Switzerland; end of employment due to termination or reaching the retirement age; residence without work, e.g. for educational purposes, job search following completion of studies at a Swiss university, residence of retired persons; subsequent immigration of family members; separation or divorce and related permit matters.
